Refund policy

We aim to make all of our products to the highest possible quality we can, but understand that sometimes you may be dissatisfied with your purchase.

As we are a small business and our products are handmade to order, we unfortunately cannot offer refunds for our products, but we are happy to exchange items as long as they are returned to us in the same condition that it arrived in within 30 days from purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any postage costs upon returning any items.
